#ManiMonday, September 28

Ahh, the first Monday of the Fall season. Since it is now officially autumn, I have dove into everything and anything that is pumpkin spice or apple pie scented/flavored; lotions and sprays included. In honor of this great pumpkin season and everything warm, cozy, and orange, I did a lovely orange, glitter gradient manicure.

The Inspiration
Bath and Body Works Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin Body Spray & Lotion

The Polish
Dream Polish Smooth Gem Base Coat in Tropical Mojito
Jolie Polish Dahlia Orange (currently sold out/not listed in shop)
Philly Loves Lacquer Sakura Sunday
KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat

The Tools
SweetBabyByDonna Crystal Glass Nail File
KBShimmer Nail Prep pH Balancing Prep Nail Treatment
Jolie Polish Clean-up Brush
Lush Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter

The Finished Product

Let me first talk about the Dahlia Orange by Jolie Polish. Oh my God, it is a one coat wonder and a gorgeous one at that. I originally bought this as a part of Bory’s mini stamping polish collection. They are great stamping polishes, but I wasn’t expecting this. Dahlia Orange is a beautiful warm orange that is perfect for the fall. Over it, I layered Philly Loves Lacquer’s Sakura Sunday on the tips and did a (sort of) gradient. I think it adds just the right amount of shimmer, peach, and red to make this the a great fall mani.
